Antoine Nohra is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience in alternative channel sales and marketing. As the founder, owner, and chairman of Credico, established in 1991, Antoine created the foundation for a global enterprise that began in Canada by specializing in credit card acquisitions for the nation's largest retailer. His strategic foresight has since propelled Credico’s expansion across diverse industries worldwide.
Beyond Credico, Antoine owns and leads multiple successful ventures, including MoneyExpert, GiveBridge, Personal Fundraising Services, NOVIPRO, GenFusion, Premier Secure Insurance Solutions, Wingbuddy and more. His exceptional leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of marketing and business strategy, has driven consistent growth and innovation across his portfolio of companies. Antoine earned his executive MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, further solidifying his expertise as a dynamic and results-oriented business leader.
Jesse Young partnered with Credico in 2005 and is currently the President of Credico. Prior to joining Credico, Jesse founded and developed several successful marketing ventures, diversifying his professional portfolio as a dedicated businessman and entrepreneur. In his first three years with the company, Jesse utilized his skills for shaping the direction of Credico’s sales strategy by doubling the size of the European sales network. By 2011, when Jesse brought that vision to the USA, Credico had quadrupled in size across the globe. Jesse works hand-in-hand with several charities and is an international leader in face-to-face fundraising. Jesse earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Marketing from Brown University where he was senior class president, a student-athlete and collegiate wrestler.
Neil R. Pandey joined Credico in July of 2017 and is currently the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. In this role, Neil manages all legal and compliance matters for Credico and its affiliates. He implements strategic business practices, oversees all legal transactions and policies, manages risk, and provides a broad array of legal and compliance guidance to Credico’s leadership. Prior to joining Credico, Neil worked as Associate Attorney in several law firms where his work focused on corporate white-collar government investigations, commercial transactions, and other forms of complex civil litigation. After obtaining his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Neil graduated with honors from American University’s Washington College of Law. While in law school, Neil served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Administrative Law Review, competed in several Moot Court competitions, and published two legal articles.
Kealy Ditchfield joined Credico USA as the Vice President of Client Services in 2018, responsible for overseeing key accounts, leading strategy development, and maintaining senior-level client relationships. This role follows 5 successful years as Director of Operations for Credico United Kingdom, where she was responsible for overall business compliance and managing the London finance and operations team. Bringing a total of 23 years of business operations and development experience in the direct sales industry, Kealy is a results-oriented individual with proven leadership, outstanding teamwork, and excellent analytical skills. A go-to-person for improving operational performance, her key strengths include analyzing performance, reviewing processes, identifying areas in need of development and building key relationships. She has formulated strategies and implemented a support system to staff across the globe.
Ryan Heyes is the Vice President of Business Development for Credico USA. He is a dynamic business development professional with a proven track record of establishing strong, long-term client relationships. With over 19 years of experience in client management, public relations, and international business, Ryan currently manages an impressive portfolio of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. In 2008, he began working with Credico Consulting in the UK developing new business and revenue streams to further boost Credico’s reputation as the leading provider of direct sales and customer acquisitions. By securing partnerships with the UK’s leading energy and telecommunications providers within two years, he solidified his place on Credico’s fast track. In 2010, Ryan accepted the appointment of General Manager, Credico Consulting South Africa and relocated to the Johannesburg headquarters to overhaul and redesign operations, ultimately increasing their client portfolio to 16 clients. Since arriving in the United States in 2014, he has secured partnerships with North America’s leading energy provider, the US’s leading retail chain, and is currently developing new business ventures in the finance, telecommunications, and alternative business sectors.
Jeremy Klarner is the Vice President, National Accounts for Credico USA and Canada. He brings over 25 years of experience in direct sales, team leadership, and client management to our organization. Jeremy started with Credico USA in 2012 after spending 10 years with the company in the UK helping expand the business overseas. He started as a field sales agent and managed sales offices in multiple countries before moving into National Accounts to support our growing portfolio of clients. Managing a team of National Account Managers focused on producing a quality product for our clients, Jeremy‘s commitment to support all aspects of our business overlaps into every single department in Credico. His involvement and dedication to ensuring we run a productive, compliant and profitable business is evident in every client interaction he has. That same mentality is also shared by the team of NAMs who support hundreds of independent sales offices as well as dozens of those clients. His excitement and enthusiasm for our business is absolutely contagious and one of his greatest attributes. Before joining Credico, Jeremy graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a minor in Psychology.
Brett Heyes is the Vice President, Health Insurance Division for Credico USA. Leading the newly launched division, his focus is on emerging vertical markets and bringing affordable healthcare solutions to consumers. He also oversees recruitment, training, and development of support staff and administration, while managing external agencies and suppliers. A dynamic leader with a proven track record, Brett has extensive experience in direct marketing and advertising, and has honed his skills in promotional sales, customer acquisition, and lead generation. Brett began his career as an Independent Sales Advisor at several sales companies in the UK, where he provided increased brand awareness and loyalty for national blue-chip companies across various industries. In 2018, Brett joined Credico (USA) LLC as a Senior National Account Manager in the United Kingdom office and was promoted to Director of National Accounts in the United States in 2020. In this role, he achieved remarkable results by exceeding quality metrics on telecommunications campaigns and delivering valuable insights on sales and marketing performance. With his problem-solving skills, presentation expertise, and a keen eye for detail, Brett is dedicated to ensuring that Credico remains at the forefront of the industry.
Ian Attwood is the Chief Executive Officer of Credico United Kingdom and has been instrumental to the development of the company since its inception in 2005. During his time with the company, Ian has seen the business grow considerably, helping to make it the market leading business it is today. Ian’s stability and integrity provides clients and colleagues with confidence, and the support needed to grow and develop. Ian has an honours degree in retail sales and marketing and previous to joining Credico, he was head of sales and in store promotion at Sainsbury’s bank. He has strong retail management background and has managed business change and development at every level.
Debbie Shaw is the Director of Client Services and manages the financial records of Credico United Kingdom, as well as supporting the UK Independent Marketing Companies with regards to compliance, finance, and back-end support, a role that allows her organizational and time management skills to shine. Debbie also independently manages the planning, scheduling, production, execution, and marketing of all events and award ceremonies for Credico UK and Ireland. Her ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with venues, sponsors, and keynote speakers while managing the unexpected with ease has made her an invaluable part of the Credico team. Debbie has also been a valuable asset for Credico’s worldwide event planning. She has contributed to venue sourcing, contracting, and operational management of events throughout the USA, South Africa, Australia, and Europe. Debbie has worked in the industry since 1990 in Australia and the UK in a variety of different roles, from Field Sales, Administration, and Hub Management to Director of Operations. As Credico has expanded, Debbie has had the pleasure of traveling to a number of countries whilst organizing the Credico International Summits, Award Ceremonies, and Galas, including Australia, South Africa, the USA, and Spain.
Peter van den Berg started Credico SA in South Africa in 2008. Under his leadership, Credico SA is today recognized and the market leader in direct selling and a leader in developing young entrepreneurs. Through Peter’s continuous pursuit of improvements and constant innovation the business continues to evolve and has shown phenomenal growth having acquired millions of new customers for our clients. Credico today services a diverse range of clients and have the ability to navigate through the complexities of customer acquisition and financial services. Peter’s hard work and “never say die” attitude makes him an inspiration throughout the organization.
Theuns joined the Credico SA team in November 2014 as the General Manager. With his hands-on approach and proven management track record, Theuns is responsible for all the daily operational requirements of our dynamic business. He has also been tasked with the implementation of various reporting systems to facilitate business efficiency which will ensure the long term success of Credico SA. Over the past years, he has already streamlined multiple processes and manages the vast amount of information essential throughout the organization in order to deliver on business objectives. Theuns is a natural leader, offering exceptional guidance to his team. He has impeccable attention to detail, is a skilled motivator, negotiator, lateral thinker, teacher and more. He has an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Financial Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
Michelle Smith is the Vice President of Client Relations for Credico Canada. She brings over 30 years of rich and diverse experience in the marketing sector, encompassing both corporate and entrepreneurial arenas. Michelle joined Credico in 2019 following successes in the telecommunications and financial services industries, along with 13 years of entrepreneurship after founding her own event management firm. She has wide-ranging experience managing client relations and corporate events for prominent organizations, honing her expertise in building businesses through innovative initiatives. Her collaborative approach to business relationships offers deep insights into business strategies and success formulas. At Credico, Michelle is dedicated to leveraging her extensive experience to foster growth and enhance opportunities for both existing and prospective clients. Michelle holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology as a proud alumna of Western University.
