Jesse Young partnered with Credico in 2005 and is currently the President of Credico. Prior to joining Credico, Jesse founded and developed several successful marketing ventures, diversifying his professional portfolio as a dedicated businessman and entrepreneur. In his first three years with the company, Jesse utilized his skills for shaping the direction of Credico’s sales strategy by doubling the size of the European sales network. By 2011, when Jesse brought that vision to the USA, Credico had quadrupled in size across the globe. Jesse works hand-in-hand with several charities and is an international leader in face-to-face fundraising. Jesse earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Marketing from Brown University where he was senior class president, a student-athlete and collegiate wrestler.
Neil R. Pandey joined Credico in July of 2017 and is currently the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. In this role, Neil manages all legal and compliance matters for Credico and its affiliates. He implements strategic business practices, oversees all legal transactions and policies, manages risk, and provides a broad array of legal and compliance guidance to Credico’s leadership. Prior to joining Credico, Neil worked as Associate Attorney in several law firms where his work focused on corporate white-collar government investigations, commercial transactions, and other forms of complex civil litigation. After obtaining his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Neil graduated with honors from American University’s Washington College of Law. While in law school, Neil served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Administrative Law Review, competed in several Moot Court competitions, and published two legal articles.
Kealy Ditchfield joined Credico USA as the Vice President of Client Services in 2018, responsible for overseeing key accounts, leading strategy development, and maintaining senior-level client relationships. This role follows 5 successful years as Director of Operations for Credico United Kingdom, where she was responsible for overall business compliance and managing the London finance and operations team. Bringing a total of 23 years of business operations and development experience in the direct sales industry, Kealy is a results-oriented individual with proven leadership, outstanding teamwork, and excellent analytical skills. A go-to-person for improving operational performance, her key strengths include analyzing performance, reviewing processes, identifying areas in need of development and building key relationships. She has formulated strategies and implemented a support system to staff across the globe.
Ryan Heyes is the Vice President of Business Development for Credico USA. He is a dynamic business development professional with a proven track record of establishing strong, long-term client relationships. With over 19 years of experience in client management, public relations, and international business, Ryan currently manages an impressive portfolio of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. In 2008, he began working with Credico Consulting in the UK developing new business and revenue streams to further boost Credico’s reputation as the leading provider of direct sales and customer acquisitions. By securing partnerships with the UK’s leading energy and telecommunications providers within two years, he solidified his place on Credico’s fast track. In 2010, Ryan accepted the appointment of General Manager, Credico Consulting South Africa and relocated to the Johannesburg headquarters to overhaul and redesign operations, ultimately increasing their client portfolio to 16 clients. Since arriving in the United States in 2014, he has secured partnerships with North America’s leading energy provider, the US’s leading retail chain, and is currently developing new business ventures in the finance, telecommunications, and alternative business sectors.
Jeremy Klarner is the Vice President, National Accounts for Credico USA and Canada. He brings over 25 years of experience in direct sales, team leadership, and client management to our organization. Jeremy started with Credico USA in 2012 after spending 10 years with the company in the UK helping expand the business overseas. He started as a field sales agent and managed sales offices in multiple countries before moving into National Accounts to support our growing portfolio of clients. Managing a team of National Account Managers focused on producing a quality product for our clients, Jeremy‘s commitment to support all aspects of our business overlaps into every single department in Credico. His involvement and dedication to ensuring we run a productive, compliant and profitable business is evident in every client interaction he has. That same mentality is also shared by the team of NAMs who support hundreds of independent sales offices as well as dozens of those clients. His excitement and enthusiasm for our business is absolutely contagious and one of his greatest attributes. Before joining Credico, Jeremy graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a minor in Psychology.
Brett Heyes is the Vice President, Health Insurance Division for Credico USA. Leading the newly launched division, his focus is on emerging vertical markets and bringing affordable healthcare solutions to consumers. He also oversees recruitment, training, and development of support staff and administration, while managing external agencies and suppliers. A dynamic leader with a proven track record, Brett has extensive experience in direct marketing and advertising, and has honed his skills in promotional sales, customer acquisition, and lead generation. Brett began his career as an Independent Sales Advisor at several sales companies in the UK, where he provided increased brand awareness and loyalty for national blue-chip companies across various industries. In 2018, Brett joined Credico (USA) LLC as a Senior National Account Manager in the United Kingdom office and was promoted to Director of National Accounts in the United States in 2020. In this role, he achieved remarkable results by exceeding quality metrics on telecommunications campaigns and delivering valuable insights on sales and marketing performance. With his problem-solving skills, presentation expertise, and a keen eye for detail, Brett is dedicated to ensuring that Credico remains at the forefront of the industry.
